So lucky to be a mother to the most awesome kids ever!! after a saturday afternoon of shopping, i came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers!
There are times a question the value of mine and darrens choice to have me stay at home and take care of these kids. it's a lot of cleaning, feeding, mediating, entertaining, over and over again. it wears me out and often i feel i dont have much to show for it. but who am i kidding? darren provides for the ultimate job-- family. i do all i can to take care of that and to ensure there is as much peace and harmony under our roof as possible. i feel so so so incredibly blessed to have the chance to stay at home, to be there for my kids for every scratch, milestone, nightmare, accomplishment. from the age of comprehension i have been taught the importance of a mother. my mother often sang to me, "when i grow up, i want to be a mother!" song. which i now sing to tylee all the time. and lucky me, i am doing what i have always wanted to do. i love my family. i love being a mother. happy mothers day to all those mothers out there doin their best every day to do the best they know how!
