Oh lucky us, we got a letter from Mr Reindeer saying that he was going to be headed back to the North Pole, but we were allowed to touch and play with him for the morning. The kids thought that was awesome! Tylee was really sad when she realized it was time to say bye... :( she held him and didn't let go. Lance had been trying to hold that guy all season, so finally getting a chance was a real treat.
Oh and this too... Darren got his gun. Unfortunately neglected to get ammunition and everywhere is quickly selling out so have yet to get some. Turns out Darren could sell his new gun for double. People stocking up on guns! kinda scary right? Since Obama is when I heard about gun sales going up, then the Connecticut shooting, sales kept raising. Connecticut shooting... :( sick man killed 20 people at an elementary school. Makes me sick. Trying to remember there is still good in the world. And picturing those sweet children in the arms of Heavenly Father. Only way to find comfort... Thankful for the Plan of Salvation. Makes me wanna hug my kids a little longer and kiss them a little sweeter.
Anyway, Im drifting off topic. It was a Merry Christmas! We have so many blessings and luxuries to be thankful for! No doubt about that..
