Although my kids were a little whiney, we had a blast in the snow up in Pine Valley! Once they went down on the sled, they were smiling and wanted to go again. Unfortunately, Darren broke one of the sleds the first time he went down.. ha! So we all took turns on the one. It was fun being with Denise- she was in town over the holidays cause Mikes mom, Shirlee, passed away :( Sad time but so good to see her! They have only been out maybe 6 months (Bulgaria Sofia/Turkey Mission Presidents) And she has been home twice- once for her mothers funeral and second for Shirlee.. So it was great seeing her over the holidays.
So it was the boys first time seeing the snow. And we loved getting out for the afternoon!
