If you know Tylee, you know she is an active little girl. She had been jumping from the coffee table to the couch over and over again and as I went to lay Lance down and while Darren was getting her some water, she fell off and obviously landed on her elbow wrong. She locked her arm out and all the pressure broke her elbow! She was crying and not stopping. She would freak out if we asked her if her arm hurt or if we wanted to look at it. Finally, without her permission we got a look at the arm and the elbow was super swollen. We called Mike and Denise and they came and stayed with the boys while Darren and I took her to the ER. She was fine until someone asked her abour her arm, or if someone knew walked in and wanted to take a look. Anyway, she got x-rays and turns out she had a supercondyle fracture(if that's not it, it's something close to that.)

Thank goodness for Mike and Denise! So nice of them to come help us out- especially when they had company at home.

She got lots of stickers in attempt to keep her happy. She was super whiney the first two days. Could have been exhaustion, or perhaps the loritab? By the third day, we were giving her Tylenol and she was doing good! Fourth day, we havent given her any medication and she has been her normal joyful self. (She got her hard cast on the third day)

Using the sling to her benefit... :) and she is already using her mouth to make up for the lack of being able to bend the arm.
I have a feeling this won't be the last..... ugh.
